This is an appeal from an interlocutory order of the trial court appointing a receiver for the Indianapolis Dairymens Cooperative, Inc. pendente lite. On June 27, 1946, the appellees, "for and on behalf of themselves and all other members of said association, the Indianapolis Dairymens Cooperative Inc. and all others in a similar position," filed a complaint for an accounting and an immediate appointment of a receiver.
